Opening a business in a rented kitchen, starting to make local Latin products where 20 cases of salsa are produced in a 12-hour shift with the basic knowledge of recipes and processes. Coupled with previous experience in
making beans.
2014
At the end of 2014 the process was controlled and they could be produced 600 30-pound boxes of sauces in a week

The dream of starting manufacturing in its own facilities is consolidated where
you have the opportunity to have the right processes and systems where you take advantage maximizing the production of various products.
2020
The GMP certification process begins that allows us to have access to markets
national and international and increase our client portfolio, with better
utilities.
2023
We began to produce products of Arab and Jamaican origin, and having a
monthly production of 280,000 pounds and accessing other markets and states of
USA, we have presence in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Texas, New
Mexico, Nevada, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, Wiscousin and soon Utah
We work with two national companies that cover a large part of the territory.
