DOP Morgaa Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO) (0,5 Lit Bottle)

Organic PDO Riviera Ligure Riviera dei Fiori extra virgin olive oil made from a special selection of olives harvested from the Roi Morgaa olive grove in Montalto Ligure, approximately 250 meters above sea level. The harvest selection consists of 20% green olives, 50% partially mature olives and 30% mature olives. The oil has a predominantly sweet character with notes of dried fruit and a subtle bitter and spicy finish. Olio Roi reports a limited production of approximately 2,000 bottles per year.
