Automatic Assemby Machine for O-Ring Clip and Cover

The machine is designed and built to assemble the oring, clip and cover onto various types of fitting. All the components are fed and assembled automatically. The assembled product is controlled with a camera system to detect anomalies and split good parts from bad parts. The movement of the part through the various stations is performed by a rotary table.
